Gratings have to be fundamentally secured against moving. It is recommended to fasten the grates at 4 key points as a minimum. This means that not only will they be secured against moving, but also against being lifted off. The fastening process should be done immediately after installing the grates.<br />Our fastening materials are available from stock for all common pressed gratings, welded pressed gratings and gratings for stairs. In case of any special design or structural requirements, we can nearly always propose a solution. We are also happy to offer special fastenings and those made of stainless steel on request.

OVERVIEW OF OUR FASTENING ELEMENTS
STANDARD FASTENING
Standard fastenings, which can also be supplied as security fastenings, are used to easily secure gratings from shifting and being lifted off.
DOUBLE RETAINING CLAMPS
Double retaining clamps for various mesh widths for connecting two gratings. In this way, no tripping edges can be created.
SOCKET SPANNER FASTENER (welded in)
Socket spanner fastener, welded in. For simple locking and unlocking, e.g. for emergency exits. At the same time, this fastener is used to prevent the gratings from being lifted off without permission.
SOCKET SPANNER FASTENER (added later)
Socket spanner fastener for subsequent installation.
HOOK FASTENING (e.g. for angle profiles)
Hook fastening e.g. for angle profiles. The hook fastenings can be made to order according to the required dimensions.
HOOK FASTENING (e.g. for square tubes)
Hook fastening for gratings that rest on vertical supports with bottom flange (e.g. square tube).

HINGES
Hinges, which are connected with an angled frame, for gratings with a notch. Special application for emergency exits in conjunction with a socket spanner fastener.
SECURITY CHAIN
Security chain in different lengths to secure gratings that are used e.g. for basement light wells. (Scope of delivery does not include security lock)
