Information about transferring data to the USA and other third countries
Among others, we use tools provided by companies based in the USA or other unsafe third countries in terms of data protection law. When these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We should point out that no level of data protection comparable with the EU can be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to surrender personal data to security authorities without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal proceedings against this. It cannot be ruled out, therefore, that US authorities (e.g. secret services) might process, analyse and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing procedures are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The legality of data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to object to the collection of data in particular cases as well as to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA IS PROCESSED BASED ON ART. 6 (1) (E) OR (F), YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME, FOR REASONS RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU MAKE AN OBJECTION, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED, UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING WORTHY OF PROTECTION, WHICH OUTWEIGH YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF PROCESSING IS USED TO ENFORCE, EXCERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 (1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED TO CARRY OUT DIRECT ADVERTISING, THEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING, IF IT IS CONNECTED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 (2) GDPR)
Right to submit a complaint to the responsible regulatory authority
In case of breaches of GDPR, the data subject has the right to submit a complaint to a regulatory authority, particularly in the member state of their usual place of residence, workplace or place of the suspected breach. The right to complain exists regardless of other administrative or judicial legal remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to transfer data, which we process automatically based on your consent or in performance of a contract, to yourself or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format If you ask for the data to be transferred directly to another responsible body, this only happens if it is technically feasible.
Information, erasure and rectification
As part of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origins and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to the rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us about this and about other issues regarding personal data at any time
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to ask for the restriction of processing of your personal data. You can contact us about this at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you contest the accuracy of the personal data stored by us, as a rule we need time to check this. For the duration of the check, you have the right to the restriction of processing of your personal data.
- If your personal data was/is being processed unlawfully, instead of erasure, you can demand the restriction of data processing.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to ask for the restriction of processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
- If you have made an objection according to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a weighing-up process between your and our interests must be carried out. As long as it is not definite whose interests outweigh the other’s, you have the right to ask for the restriction of processing of your personal data.
Once you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – irrespective of its storage – may only be processed with your consent or to enforce, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited “Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics allows the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. During this process, the website operator receives various user data, such as page views, length of stay, operating systems used and the user’s origin. This data is compiled in a user ID and assigned to the website visitor's respective device.
What is more, we are able to use Google Analytics to record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks among other things. Furthermore, Google Analytics uses various modelling approaches to enhance the recorded datasets and employs machine learning technologies when it comes to data analysis.

This service is used on the basis of your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The transfer of data to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission. You can find details of this here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.
IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This is used by Google in member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the agreement across the European Economic Area to shorten your IP address before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics to be able to show suitable advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. This allows reports to be created containing information about the age, gender and interests of visitors to the site. This data originates from personalized advertising by Google as well as visitor data from third party providers. This data cannot be attributed to any particular person. As the website operator, we can quantitatively analyse this data by analysing, for example, which search terms have led to the placement of our ads and how many ads have led to corresponding clicks.
This service is used on the basis of your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The transfer of data to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission. You can find details here: policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks fund https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.

With the help of Google Conversion Tracking, we and Google can tell whether the user has performed certain actions. We can therefore analyse, for example, which buttons on our website have been clicked how often and which products are looked at or purchased particularly often. This information is used to create conversion statistics. We find out the total number of users who have clicked on our ads and what actions they have performed. We do not get any information with which we can personally identify the user. Google itself uses cookies or similar recognition technologies for identification purposes.
